Best Robotic Mop and Vacuum Combos

The majority of robot vacuum and mop combinations can be customised using a specialized application. You can save maps of your house and organize cleaning schedules, and choose mopping modes. You can also adjust the suction power, and how much water the mop is using.

A mapping feature aids your robot navigate through rooms, while an obstacle avoidance function prevents it from running into furniture, wires or stray pet toys. These features are vital in my home that is filled with toys.

1. Roborock S8 Pro Ultra

The Roborock S8 Pro Ultra is the company's flagship mop and vacuum, which is why it is naturally packed with features. It can sweep and mop in one session, and it can even lift its brushes and mop pads to prevent soft surfaces from becoming wet. It also has the ability to see and avoid obstacles, with the ability to spot pet toys, plants and other small objects.

The robotic vacuum has a maximum suction power of 6,000 pascals, which is more than any other best robot cleaner vac we've tested up to now. It's also equipped with PreciSense LiDAR navigation that tracks its position, preventing it from getting stuck on objects.

The S8 Pro Ultra's mopping capabilities are also impressive. It can continuously apply pressure to the pad at over 6 Newtons to ensure a thorough cleaning. It also has a mop lifter system that will lift the pad automatically as it is able to switch between tile, laminate hardwood, carpet or rugs, in order to prevent soaking soft surfaces.

In addition to this it is also the S8 Pro Ultra has self-washing and self-drying capabilities. The pad can be rinsing and drying in the dock. The dust bin will automatically empty and return to the dock. This means you can just leave it in place and forget it, only needing to change the dust bag or refill the water tank every now and then.

All of this is powered by a lithium-ion 5,200mAh battery. The S8 Pro Ultra ran on its standard mop- and vac-settings for around 160 minutes before it began to run out of power and returned to its base to recharge. This isn't that far from the 180 minutes Roborock claims and is at par other hybrids I've tested.

It's a robust, well-rounded product. The only issue is that it's pricey. But, the sheer number of features makes it a very appealing option for anyone who wants to get rid of their old stick vacuum and mop. If you can justify the cost, we highly recommend checking this one out.

2. Dreametech L10S Ultra

The Dreametech L10S Ultra is a top-of-the-line mop and robot vacuum. The premium price is justified by the robust features, such as a huge vacuuming capacity and two gyrating mop heads. It also has an app-based controller that is smart and a mighty obstacle avoidance technology.

The L10S Ultra is one of the most expensive robotic vacuums and mop sets available, at a recommended retail price of 999 euros. In my tests, it performed well across the house. It removed 98.4% debris on all types of floors and managed to lift hair that was long without getting caught up in. The mops also performed admirably and produced excellent results for cleaning with less effort than many mid-range models. This was thanks to their rotational movement as well as the powerful cleaning solution.

However, the L10S Ultra's most significant selling point is its innovative multi-functional docking station. The docking station empties the trash bin into a bag that can be used for dirt, then refills the tank with water to use to mop and also dry mop pads. It features a real-time risk detection system, and its smart controls allow you to schedule regular cleaning sessions.

Contrary to the other hybrid mops that I test, the L10S Ultra doesn't offer advanced dirt pickup on carpets. The mops of the L10S Ultra aren't as effective at removing stubborn staining as the Roborock S7 MaxV Ultra.

Despite the L10S Ultra's premium features, it requires regular care and maintenance. To prevent mildew or unpleasant odors, the base station dustbag, water, and tanks must be cleaned, emptied and dried regularly. It is also important to keep in mind that the mop pads, which are purchased separately, are required to be replaced periodically too.

Given the L10S Ultra's premium cost and robust features, I would recommend it to anyone with the funds for it. If you're on a tight budget, I recommend a more basic model that will allow you to save money while still being able to enjoy hands-free cleaning in your home. It's important to note that even it's true that the L10S Ultra is the best automatic vacuum and mop mop and robotic vacuum you can buy, its high purchase cost and constant maintenance will ultimately make it more of a wish than a necessity.

3. Eufy S1 Pro

If you're looking for a robot mop and vacuum that can clean up dust and dirt on your hard floors, while taking care of wet mess then you should look no further than the Eufy S1 Pro. This powerful mop and robovac combo packs a strong 8,000 Pa of suction power, an impressively large battery capacity for both mowing and vacuuming and top-quality obstacle avoidance. It has a mop with a roller that cleans itself, making it stand out from models which require you to return to the base station to wash the mop pad.

The S1 Pro uses a unique mopping system that is a big contrast to the microfiber pads and spinning discs of other robots. The roller is almost entire width of the robot and is constantly filled with ozonated, clean water from its dock. While it spins the roller, it scrubs your floors while soaking up dirt and any dry debris is removed by the side brushes or swept away into the front colision bumper. The S1 Pro is able to dump mop water that is dirty into its base station, where it is sucked up by the heater elements of the tank and emptied into a larger storage container. The tank onboard holds a good amount of water, and it can handle about half a dozen mopping sessions before going dry.

Like most robotic vacuums and mop sets, the S1 Pro is ready to take it out of the box. It must be filled with clean water, but this is simple to do in the cleaning dock. If you'd like to make use of your own cleaner, you can add cleaning solution to the dock. However, if you do choose to use this feature you'll have to purchase the branded cleaning solution from Eufy, which is more expensive than other robot brands that allow you to use your own cleaner of choice.

As with most robots like it, the S1 Pro did well in the area of coverage and navigation efficiency. It was quick to map out a area and moved around furniture. The only issue is that it was stuck a couple times on longer pile carpets and rugs in my tests, but this may be improved when the software is upgraded. 4. Roborock Qrevo

The Qrevo is Roborock's entry-level vacuum and mop, but it still has some impressive features. The dock's multifunction emptying the robot hoover's dirtbag, filling its water tanks and cleaning and sanitizing the mop pads is performed by the dock. The mopping system can sweep a large area before returning to its dock. The vacuum's extreme suction is perfect for picking up pet hair and other debris that accumulates on carpets.

The software that runs this appliance is fairly dense, offering a wide choice of options for customizing the cleaning process. You can set it up manually to start a full map and clear everything that's been that the device maps, or you can choose specific rooms, expandable zones or even a routine you've set up. SmartPlan is one of the mopping options. It makes use of the sensors on the mop to map the area and determine the most efficient way to clean it.

The Qrevo was a great performer in our tests, just like all the Roborock models that we've tested. Its navigation system is reliable it can map rooms quickly and cleaning them in an organized way. The default pathing setting does an excellent job of covering a space, with no major gaps or missing areas. The machine has a major problem: it doesn't offer a mop after vacuuming. This could be a problem for people who vacuum frequently prior to using their robot. There's a good alternative: the app has an option to "clean up" at the end of each session. This lets you utilize the vacuum's mopping capability to get rid of the last traces of dust and debris left behind by the vacuuming. This is a nice feature that helps this robot clean a little better than its competitors with lower prices.
