Best Automatic Vacuum and Mop Combos

The Narwal Freo X Ultra is one of the best robot vacuums and mops I've ever tested. Its base station comes with a large dustbin and water tank and its dual rubber brushes are less prone to hair tangles than single bristles.

Its mopping performance excels and its AI mapping is a success in the midst of obstacles. It can also pause the cleaning process and then resume from where it began.

It has advanced options to tailor the cleaning schedule. For instance you can select an exact start and end time for each cycle, or whether it should be able to vacuum carpets first before mopping. It is also able to be instructed to re-clean areas that are particularly filthy and also increase its suction power around cat litter boxes and pet food bowls. The X40 Ultra can be programmed to perform specific tasks upon demand for example, cleaning the kitchen sink or bathroom toilet. The Eufy S1 Pro is an amazingly powerful vacuum and mop combination that has been developed to be easy for users. It also comes with a sophisticated feature set that lets it switch between hard and rugs and effectively remove pet hair and dirt from carpets, and clear the thresholds of rooms that are raised.

The S1 Pro has excellent navigation and mapping capabilities, due to the internal dToF system. It is able to maintain a low-profile while still providing the best in detection of objects. It can drive close to walls without crashing and avoids steps, and also raises its mop automatically when driving over rugs and carpets with a short pile. It was a bit shaky when it came across carpets with longer piles as well as there were a few large, thick messes with dried-on debris.

Like all robots that are available, the S1 Pro comes ready to roll out of the box and only requires a quick initial mapping run to get it used to your home. Once that's done, the map is displayed in the app and rooms can be added or merged as needed.
