Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos

Robot vacuums and mops are getting more efficient. They have passed our tests for cleaning, and can handle different floors. Choose models that permit users to select between different modes, self-empty and clean stairs.

A lot of the top models work with your smartphone. Check for an application that lets you save maps, set schedules and select cleaning modes.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

The gunmetal and gloss black Omni S1 Pro from Eufy is one of most impressive robot vacuums and mop combos available. It uses lidar for navigation, creating maps of floors and rooms.

The S1 was able to map my downstairs quickly, which comprises linoleum in the kitchen, dining room and bathrooms and a carpet in the middle and a large area. It easily drove close to walls without hitting them, and was able to drive across thresholds that were raised in the room without problem, but it sometimes was unable to navigate down stairs in a single step. The S1 performed admirably in cleaning hard floors. The mop sped along on its flat side and lifted itself when it reached carpets or rugs.

The docking station of the S1 automatically emptys its trash bin and fills its onboard water tank with clean, ozonated water prior to each mopping session. The dock adds an extra-deep cleaning solution to the water. The S1's water tank can hold enough water for about a dozen cleaning sessions before needing to be empty, but it will differ based the amount you use the mop.

The S1 requires periodic maintenance, just like any other 2-in-1 robots. It is necessary to regularly wash out the tank that has been contaminated to avoid it becoming blocked. It is also necessary to clean the swivel wheel and sensors frequently to avoid them from getting clogged by dust or dirt. Overall the S1 requires less maintenance than other combos.

2. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

Ecovacs all-in-one robot vacuum and mop is an effective solution to your cleaning needs. Dreame released the luxe X30 Ultra earlier this year and their new top-of-the-line robot vacuum that vacuums and mops mop and vacuum has more impressive features. It is a great cleaner and is easy to maintain. This makes it a worthy contender for our top list of robot vacuums and mop. Its superior mapping abilities, RGB AI smart detection, and an expanded side brush ensure that an efficient, custom-designed clean is achieved.

The X40 Ultra vacuums well, it can remove both large and fine debris. It is equally effective on hard floors and carpets. It also cleaned our test's most filthy areas well, and keeping pet hairs from getting caught in knots and other messes. The sweeping power is enhanced by a side brush that automatically extends to reach hard-to-reach corners, and an extending mop pad that deploys alongside baseboards.

Its navigation is intelligent it can navigate through small spaces and negotiating stairways without stepping back. It is able to move from one room to the next without having to reverse direction. This is useful for homes that have multiple rooms. Its obstacle avoidance is not as advanced than that of some competitors and leaves a large space around obstacles. This can lead to missing spots.
