Robot vacuum cleaners and mops are a great method to quickly clean up mess. The best automatic vacuum robot vacs and mops that I have tested are top-quality in navigation and mapping as well as the ability to remove Cheerios wires, tangled wires and fake dog turds with out leaving them behind.

It is important to note that mapping takes quite a while, and it may require a few attempts before the Yeedi Cube has an accurate picture of your space. In addition the object detection is difficult to determine; it was able to skirt furniture and other obstacles but was stuck on a looser tassel rug and had to flip itself over to free itself. But these are minor flaws, and the Yeedi Cube is still a great option for those looking for an all-in-one solution for cleaning.

3. Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a three-in one home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features the ability to rotate in a manner like hand scrubbing which results in floors that are truly cleaned and not just cleaned. The detachable stick vacuum is a game-changer that allows you to reach areas that robot vacuums can't.

This model is basically the same as the popular X2 Omni, but with a slightly higher suction power of 8700Pa and other smart features. The upgraded RGBD sensor will learn to understand your home's surroundings better and provide dynamic obstacle avoidance. And the smart app lets you adjust a variety of settings that include scheduling, AI cleanings, and setting virtual boundaries.

6. S10

A few hundred dollars less than the S8 This robot vacuum cleaner is a slick job at keeping my home office tidy and is able to take on the corners of my cramped apartment. It uses laser mapping and a camera to make an outline of your home which allows it to know where not to go. And, unlike many vacuums that have mopping capabilities, it has object/obstacle detection that is able to avoid things like dog toys and bowls (but not poop!).

Other amazing features include a self-emptying dustbin and a mop that is self-washing, adjustable to water temperature, and an extended side-reaching brush that is able to reach areas that other mops miss. You can also customize the settings for each room, and set up cleaning schedules.

Similar to the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between laminate flooring, carpets and hardwood flooring with high-pile rugs. If you're looking to cut down on time, it can avoid mopping rooms that aren't filthy. If you have several types of flooring options in your home and don't want to spend more money on a Roborock with advanced mapping capabilities, this is an excellent option.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking to find a multi-functional robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle both regular daily maintenance and touch-ups for messy messes that are wet, this robot is a good choice. It has a wide range of features like a self-emptying dustbin and a separate water refill dock, and customizable settings in the app. It is surprisingly quiet and is able to easily move around furniture legs or socks. However, it isn't able to pick up tangled rug tassels and it's battery drains slightly quicker than other models we tested in our tests.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that provides a powerful suction and convenient automation in a sleek. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests however, it did well. It comes with a variety of cleaning modes, ranging from the low power 'Quiet mode which is suitable for small debris to the incredibly powerful Turbo mode for carpeted areas. It also has the capability to automatically remove and replace mop pads, without getting your carpets wet.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is a great mop and robot vacuum for those who live in tiny spaces. It's silent and fast, and it can navigate tight spaces well. It's also excellent at removing pet hair from carpets.

It's smaller than most of its rivals however it doesn't sacrifice features. It has good suction power and can be set to take pictures of every object it picks (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys) and mark them in the app as 'not located', so that they will not be removed in future cleanings. The photos are secure and are not tied to your account.

It is great at vacuuming, but not so great in mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that are clipped to the bot's bottom, and then drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have reservoirs of water, and can automatically wash and attach their mopheads.
