GreenPower Motor Company manufactures a complete line of medium- and heavy-duty electric mobility scooter fastest vehicles, including models with lower and high floors. The EV Star Cab & Chassis is their most popular vehicle and it is able to be adapted to suit a wide range of applications. The design of the platform is based on a clear paper that allows for the best positioning of the battery pack and a lower center of gravity. This results in better payload/range ratios.

The EV Star REEFERX was developed for mid-to-last mile refrigerated deliveries and catering applications. The refrigerated trucks of class 4 have a single interior wall structure and higher insulation than traditional trucks, allow for seamless sanitation and better temperature control. GreenPower partnered with Perrone Robotics in order to equip the EV Star with TONY (To navigate you) autonomous vehicle systems. This will allow fleets to transition to autonomous vehicles. The AV Star can also be wirelessly charging up to 75 kW.

We were capable of testing the EV9 on an unpaved highway for several hours. We found it easy to drive, and comfortable to drive over long distances. The EV9 can block wind and road noise while driving on the highway. It rides smoothly over ruts and humps. The car's acceleration is surprisingly quick, and it features adjustable regenerative brakes that permit "one-pedal driving" simply by lifting off the accelerator.

The EV9 is extremely reliable and can be fully charged in just three hours at home, or with any commercial charger. The driver has the option of choosing between two operating modes: eco mode and sport mode. The eco mode prioritizes the cruise control and torque, while the sport mode is designed to maximize speed and handling. The Jacksonville Transit Authority is replacing their older diesel vehicles fleet with 100 electric vehicles. GreenPower will increase production to meet the demands of the Biden Administration, which is looking to electrify all school buses in America. Their EV Star buses are the first of their kind to be Altoona tested and FMVSS certified, Buy America compliant, and ADA certified.
