It comes with a massive 4600mAh battery that can last for up to 170-minutes, if mopping and suction are set to standard mode (it can last longer in turbo). It can even return to its dock to recharge its battery mid-clean.

It is very efficient and does an outstanding job of cleaning my two bedroom apartment. It cleans the carpeted rooms extremely quickly and the hardwood floors in the kitchen, living room, and hallways in a single sweep. Its suction motor of 8,000pa makes short work of picking up dirt, crumbs, and pet hair. Carpet detection automatically boosts power when it detects rugs and the double side brushes help to clean debris from corners.

The mopping performance is a little less impressive, though not by a lot. The rotating mop spins fast and uses 2.2lbs to remove dirt and stain. I've noticed that the front arms stick out slightly more than other robots, which can be helpful for getting into tight corners and along baseboards. The same front arms can also be used to collect larger pieces of debris, like broken toys and books.

The S1 Pro is also one of the quietest robot mops and vacuums I've tried. It is quieter and doesn't produce more noise when mopping or vacuuming. The only drawback is that the S1 Pro must use a specific cleaning solution to perform mopping and is separate from the vacuum. It is easy to install and works well. The Yiko X1 Omni

The X1 Omni robot vacuum is the most expensive item in our review. It does however, have distinct features that make it worth considering. The X1 Omni is most well-known for its massive dock that serves as a charging base for the robot, a cleaning sink and two 4-liter water tanks. It also houses a 2.5-liter dust bin as well as a 2.5 dust bin that is 2.5 liters.

The base has a couple of buttons for control that let you manually start a cleaning task or recall the robot vacuum that mops, or run the dock’s auto-emptying procedure. Hold down two buttons to turn off the child lock that is a great touch for parents worried about children playing with the vacuum.

Like other robotic vacuums the Omni Omni utilizes its camera to spot furniture and obstacles in its path and eliminate them. Its True Mapping 2.0 navigation system can map your home 10 times faster than standard laser detection systems and is four times more accurate in recognising objects.

This can cause the X1 to become stuck when it gets caught in a hazard, such as a power cable tangled over a rug. It won't work until you untangle it manually. This was a rare occurrence however, it was a bit frustrating since the X1 does not have an "stuck status" alert in its application.

The X1 Omni is unable to automatically switch from mopping to vacuuming mode during cleaning. You will need to manually swap between the two modes, which isn't too bad except for the fact that mopping pads haven't been cleaned and dried between use, which can lead to mildew or mold.

The X1 Omni looks great, thanks to the Jacob Jensen design team (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who designed its sleek, modern base and mopping pad. It's a significant difference from the utilitarian black bases of rivals such as Roborock or iRobot. And it's an impressive sight in the market that is dominated by boxes.
